"Varlox", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Varlox (Autonomo), the legal entity operating the Varlox domain registration service.
"Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that registers for or uses Varlox services.
"Domain Name" refers to a domain name registered through Varlox.
"Registry" refers to the organization responsible for maintaining a specific domain name registry (e.g., DENIC for .DE, AFNIC for .FR, SIDN for .NL, EURid for .EU, and others).
"Registrar" refers to Varlox, acting as a reseller and intermediary between the Customer and the Registry.
Varlox provides domain registration, renewal, transfer, DNS hosting, WHOIS privacy, domain monitoring, and portfolio management services for a wide range of top-level domains through our registry and reseller partnerships.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable policies of the relevant Registry.
To use Varlox services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete personal or business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Domain name registration is subject to availability and to the rules and policies of the applicable Registry. Varlox acts as a registrar and submits registration requests to the Registry on your behalf. Registration is only complete when confirmed by the Registry.
You represent and warrant that the information you provide for domain registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update any changes to your contact information.
Domain registration through Varlox is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable registry. By registering a domain through Varlox, you agree to be bound by the relevant registry's terms in addition to these Terms. Below are key provisions for the registries we support:
Registration of .uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, and .net.uk domain names is governed by Nominet UK. By registering a .uk domain through Varlox, you agree to the following:

Registration is governed by the DENIC Domain Guidelines. The registrant must provide accurate contact data. DENIC may delete a domain if data is demonstrably incorrect. Disputes are subject to German law.
Registration is governed by the AFNIC Naming Policy. The registrant must be established in the EU/EEA or Switzerland. AFNIC operates the SYRELI and PARL dispute resolution procedures.
Registration is governed by Red.es regulations. No geographic restrictions apply. A valid identification document (DNI, NIE, NIF, or passport) is required.
Registration is governed by the Registro.it Registration Regulations. The registrant must be established in the EU/EEA, Vatican City, or San Marino. Fiscal code or VAT number is required.
Registration is governed by the SIDN General Terms and Conditions. SIDN may cancel a domain if registrant information is incorrect. Disputes may be resolved through WIPO arbitration. DNSSEC is supported.
Registration is governed by EU Regulation (EC) No 733/2002 and the EURid Terms and Conditions. Eligibility: registrant must be established in the EU/EEA. Disputes are handled through the ADR procedure (Czech Arbitration Court). EURid may suspend domains for inaccurate data or ineligibility.
For all other TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .be, .at, .ch, .dk, .io, etc.), the registrant agrees to comply with the respective registry's terms, conditions, and policies as published on their websites.
Domain names are registered for a fixed period (typically one year). It is the registrant's responsibility to renew the domain before its expiration date. Renewal fees are charged at the rates published on our Pricing page.
If auto-renewal is enabled and a valid payment method is on file, the domain will be renewed automatically. The registrant will be charged the current renewal fee for the applicable TLD. If auto-renewal is not enabled, or payment fails, the domain will expire at the end of its registration period.
Varlox will send expiry and renewal reminder notifications to the registrant's email address on file at the following intervals:
In accordance with Nominet requirements, at least one notification will be sent no later than 30 days before the domain expiry date. It is the registrant's sole responsibility to ensure that their contact email address is accurate and up to date. Varlox is not liable for missed notifications due to incorrect contact information, spam filtering, or other factors outside our control.
After a domain expires, most registries provide a grace period during which the domain can still be renewed at the standard renewal fee. Grace periods vary by registry:
After the grace period ends, some registries offer a redemption period during which the domain can be restored for an additional redemption fee (see Pricing page for applicable fees). This period is typically 30 days for gTLDs. Not all registries offer a redemption period.
After the grace and redemption periods have passed, the domain is deleted from the registry and becomes available for re-registration by any party. Varlox bears no responsibility for domains lost due to the registrant's failure to renew.
You may transfer your domain names to or from Varlox, subject to the transfer policies of the applicable Registry. Transfer fees, where applicable, are listed on our Pricing page.
Domains must not be subject to any pending disputes, legal holds, or registry locks before a transfer can be initiated. Varlox will not unreasonably delay or refuse an outbound transfer requested by the registrant.
Varlox provides DNS hosting as part of its domain management services. While we strive for maximum uptime, DNS services are provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We recommend using DNSSEC for enhanced security of your domains.
Varlox offers WHOIS privacy protection in accordance with GDPR and the policies of SIDN and EURid. WHOIS privacy masks your personal contact information from public WHOIS databases. Note that certain data may still be shared with the Registry and law enforcement as required by applicable regulations.
Current prices for domain registration, renewal, transfer, and related services are published on our Pricing & Key Terms page. All prices are in Euros and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of registration, renewal, or transfer. Domains will not be registered or renewed until payment has been received and confirmed. Varlox reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.
Varlox may modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be reflected on the Pricing page and will not affect domains already registered or renewed for the current period.
The customer may terminate their relationship with Varlox at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by phone at +34 645 478 767. There is no termination fee or penalty.
Upon termination:
Varlox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of domain names.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
Varlox is not responsible for actions taken by domain registries (including Nominet, SIDN, EURid, DENIC, AFNIC, and others), including but not limited to domain suspensions, deletions, or policy changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Malaga, Spain.

Varlox reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Customers via email and/or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
